FinX: Loan Finance Calculator ("FinX", "we", "our", or "us"), developed by Safari Apps, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our mobile application ("App") available on iOS and Android, and our web application at finx.app.safariapps.com.
By downloading, installing, or using FinX, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our App.

We only have access to aggregated or anonymized reports from these providers. Your financial calculation inputs and results remain on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.

FinX displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. You can opt out of personalized advertising:

- Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

10. Children's Privacy

Your financial calculations never leave your device. We rely on third-party providers that use industry-standard security measures for any data that is transmitted. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Retention
We do not retain personal data on our own servers. Third-party services may retain data per their own policies. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years. You can delete all local App data by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling it.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
